Getting Started

1. Create an Account

When signing in, enter your email or phone number and enter your password in the required format

2. Terms of Service

By accepting the Terms of Service, your account will be created successfully.

3. Sign In

Please sign in with your registered email or phone number and password.

4. Enable Location

After you successfully log into the app, it will request permission to access your location; by tapping Allow, we’ll show you the nearest chargers.

5. QR code, charger status, Available, Preparing, start charging

Scan the QR code on the charger to open its status page. If the status is ‘Available’, connect the charger to your car; it will switch to ‘Preparing’ and you can start charging.

6. Charging session, status updates, successful

During a successful charging session, you will see status updates.

7. Wallet top-up, QPay, automatic deduction, charging fee

To charge, first top up your wallet via QPay; the charging fee will then be deducted automatically from your wallet.

8. Minimum balance, 5000 MNT, start charging, wallet

Warning! You can start a charging session only if your wallet balance is above 5,000₮.

9. Charger information, overview page

You can view charger information on this page.

10. Profile, Edit, update personal information

In the Profile section, tap ‘Edit’ to update your personal information.

11. Change password, current password

If you know your current password, you can change it.

12. Forgot password, verification code, reset, email, phone number

If you forgot your password, enter your registered email or phone number and the verification code to reset it.

13. Charging history, past sessions

Your charging history is shown here.
